Happy International Women’s Day!






We take pride in being a woman owned and operated business with so many inspirational women entrepreneurs in our life. We celebrate all of you today.
The Kitchen House has the bones of a bathroom now. I’m thankful, every day, for being the daughter of a “jack of all trades”. Which is basically a resilient person who just does what needs done. Anyone can learn, especially if the need is there.

We're lucky to have so many friends with specialties and know-how. Some we weren't even aware of. We’re also lucky that those friends don’t mind sharing that knowledge, allowing us to be as hands-on as possible with our dream. Pulling wires, how breakers work and what a gang box is may not seem like a fun day to you but I love learning and working at the same time.


I have to admit I lost track of what wire went where and what its purpose was. Luckily we were helping hands, not the project boss.
